You can access this hunting lease from roads on the east and west side of lease. He is looking for some respectful hunters who would enjoy the outdoors and hunting on his property. He has taken many deer and turkey of this property. A friend harvested a bear last year on this property (2023). He shared with me on the inspection that he would love to share his knowledge of where the turkeys roost and best spots for stand placement for the deer. This hunting lease has 4 different working crop fields and many established trails throughout the lease. There are a beautiful stream and bottom in NE corner. He has maintained the trails on the hunting lease. There are a few stands set-up (use at own risk). ATV use and camping are allowed. I saw deer and deer sign on my inspection.
